Meet Dr. Haidar

Dr. Haidar is one of few female pediatricians in the area. She is a mother to three children and a Dearborn resident. She cares deeply about all her young patients and will advocate for them to achieve optimal health.

After completing her medical education at Boston University School of Medicine and residency training at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Dr. Haidar obtained two board certifications in Pediatrics and in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She worked in the Pediatric Emergency Department before spending 10 years treating hospitalized patients. Her clinical experience has been decorated with teaching awards and peer-reviewed publications. She has taught and mentored hundreds of students and trainees at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Wayne State University School of Medicine. She holds Assistant Professor positions at both institutions and is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Central Michigan University. She is affiliated with Corewell (Beaumont) Health Dearborn Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Haidar is fluent in Arabic and Spanish.
